Philippe Coullomb

Philippe has developed a deep experience in transformation design and group genius facilitation across all industries and all continents. He now specialises in cross-sector collaboration and systemic transformation.

Philippe engages with leaders and executives to help them achieve their boldest ambitions. With them, he co-design transformation pathways that facilitate cross-functional collaboration and complex decision making. He then helps create the conditions for emergence and guides large groups on their journey through complexity.

Philippe fully masters the MG Taylor methodology and leverages it, with other methodologies, to design and deliver large experiential workshops with a strong focus on outcomes and decision-making, as well as longer engagements with a greater transformational stake.

He has been teaching collaboration design since 2017 for corporates and in Universities; and he wrote a book about it – Collaboration by design – that is becoming a reference in the industry. Prior to this, Philippe worked for 5 years with Gemini Consulting as a strategic and management consultant with assignments in Europe, Middle East and Asia.
